Account Renewal

Home Contract : The home contract is good for one month. It will be automatically renewed under the same circumstances unless the Customer notifies ACCESS LEBANON one month in advance.

Corporate Contract : The Corporate contract is valid for 12 months and will be automatically renewed under the same terms unless ACCESS LEBANON is notified by the customer three months in advance.

Account Cancellation or Suspension

Cancellation or Suspension : The Customer may cancel or suspend his account at any time by providing a written notification to ACCESS LEBANON or by emailing Customer Support at [email protected] .

Cancellation : Terminates all access to the service.

Suspension : Keeps the customer's username active on the ACCESS LEBANON server for two months.

ACCESS LEBANON's Right : ACCESS LEBANON retains the right to cancel access to the service with writing notice, reimbursing unused costs on a pro-rata basis 15 days prior to the contract terms.
